Your generosity can assist Kalparrin to meet the daily demand for services it receives from families of children with additional needs. You can set up monthly contributions to Kalparrin allowing you to support Kalparrin now and into the future. You can also donate a fixed amount each fortnight or month through salary sacrificing. Donations of $2.00 or more are fully tax deductible. Simply contact our Accounts Manager Jenny, on 03-9435 8311 to make arrangements.
Leave a Bequest:
Leaving a gift to Kalparrin in your Will, no matter how large or small, contributes significantly to our ongoing support to families and children with additional needs. A gift in your Will is a tangible lasting gift and a very special way of securing the future work of Kalparrin. Kalparrin volunteers are dedicated to supporting the programs and services of Kalparrin and to complementing the work of staff in their support of families. Volunteers are valued members of the Kalparrin team and can provide assistance in a number of activities including preparing resources, administration duties, organisation of fundraising events, assisting with childcare and supporting group sessions. All volunteers work under the supervision of a staff member. As for all persons working with children prospective volunteers will be required and assisted to complete or provide evidence of a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. Consider Board Membership
Kalparrin is overseen by a highly professional Board of Management which meets monthly to oversee the governance of Kalparrin. The Board of Management consists of a wide range of community based professionals and parent representatives. Board terms are three years and positions are elected on a half senate basis annually at Kalparrin’s AGM. New applicants are warmly invited to apply for consideration as a nominee and to serve time on sub committees to become familiar with Kalparrin’s operations.
